THE SCALE-UP PROGRAM

How it works

The CDH Scale-up Program addresses a gap in the ecosystem with services that target the areas where businesses most need support.

Participants are chosen based on their ability to produce real investment outcomes and local jobs creation, and only when we're confident that our own involvement will really help.

STEP 1

Application

The Scale-up Program has been created for companies with an existing product that has demonstrable traction. Companies can be based in Australia or anywhere in the world. Applications are currently closed, but if you register your interest we'll notify you when the next intake is open for applications.

STEP 2

Selection

Applications will be reviewed by a panel of industry and investment experts and a cohort of companies will be selected for the program.

STEP 3

Program

We recognise that every company is different, so we tailor our services to each company's unique needs. The CDH Scale-up Program turns weaknesses into strengths through deployed services, maximising partnership and investment opportunities, and de-risking your company to deliver results.

STEP 4

Post Program

Support continues after the completion of the program with introductions to potential investors, corporate partners and customers. Participants will be invited to various networking events within the growing Cremorne startup community and streamlined access to future talent pipelines.

How we work with you

Expertise

$50k worth of services

You will receive direct assistance tailored to your needs by experts in finance, marketing, PR, investment, sales and in technical areas, as well as mentorship and exposure and connections to potential partners and customers.

Duration

6 months

The CDH Scale-up Program is designed to add services value to your business. We don't require your availability on specific dates. Instead, we work with your timelines and check in once a week to determine which services you need, when to deploy them and to track the progression of each service.

Investment

Venture Capital oportunity

Selected companies will have the opportunity to receive fast-tracked access to be considered for investment from our Venture Capital partner.

Companies we're scaling-up

These companies will get access to $50,000 worth of services over a 6 month timeline, which will be delivered in partnership with Boab, a subsidiary of Artesian (Alternative Investments).

Larki

Victorian-based Larki provides a 3D laser scan data and SaaS platform to help streamline processes for architecture, permits approvals, and construction.

CADS

Singapore-based CADS, which is developing a personalised online learning and workforce development platform.

FCC Analytics

Hong Kong-based FCC Analytics, which is developing a natural language processing platform for anti-money laundering and identity verification.

Zepic

US-based Zepic, which provides software for hyper-personalised, multi-channel customer engagement experiences.
